The demister pad/mist eliminator is constructed from
multi layer knitted mesh media and provides a dense 'mat'
through which process gas flows and liquid entrainment is
trapped through impingement/coalescence and prevented
from passing downstream, achieving liquid/gas separation.

Haver Standard© is certified to the latest edition of ISO 9000 and has extremely high standard for material control and inspection systems. All woven products are 100% quality inspected and all items being released are certified to be in a 100% perfect condition. The personnel at Haver Standard© have had training to work to European quality levels through their partner company which is based in Germany.
All Haver Standard© demister products supplied through Barton Firtop will be issued with a PMI report which verifies the key alloys in the material grade being supplied.
Other special tests are available upon request such as Intergranular Corrosion Testing (IGC28), high temperature tensile testing, G48 corrosion testing etc.
All products are also subject to thorough inspection at our Barton Firtop UK Quality Control Department prior to release.
